When you place the order for your jewelry, it is good if you can leave as much detail as possible about the jewelry you want made. The more details you provide, the less time it takes and the better the result.

Pictures of details you want in your jewelry are a very good addition to your description. For example, images of patterns, settings or milgrain around diamonds or the entire piece of jewelry.

For a smooth and faster process, we need initial information about which metal(s) the jewelry is to be made of, width and thickness of the jewelry, number and type of diamonds. What happens now

  • Initial price

    After you submit your documents, we will get back to you with an initial price as soon as possible.   • Ordering the jewelry

    After you have reviewed and approved the quote, you order the jewelry by replying to the email you received from us with the quote. You will then receive an email with instructions for payment.

  • Design

    After you have paid for the piece of jewelry, we start work on developing a design for the piece of jewelry. From the time payment reaches us, it takes about one working week to produce a first draft of the piece of jewelry. Working hours depend on our workload. You will then receive a sketch of your piece of jewelery and then have the opportunity to examine your piece in peace and quiet and make changes.

  • Production

    After you approve the design, we will give you a final price for the piece of jewelry. We start the production of your jewelry when the last payment for the jewelry is made. Production usually takes 4 weeks, but the time is affected by how advanced your jewelry is or if it requires specially cut diamonds.
