To realize our vision and our values, we have undertaken to follow the following principles and guidelines in our business:

- We only buy diamonds from Botswana where mining is regulated and based on sustainable mining with repayment to the country of Botswana.

- We place high demands on our suppliers and most of them are members of RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council), which is a global standard for responsible business methods in the jewelry industry.

- We require our suppliers on the work environment for all employees and compliance with domestic legislation, for example on working conditions.

- We have an agreement that no prohibited substances or chemicals may be used in the production of our products.

- We regularly measure and report our environmental performance and we set measurable goals to improve it.

- We train and inform our employees about our sustainability policy and we encourage them to participate in sustainability initiatives.

- We communicate openly and transparently with our customers, investors, authorities, media and other stakeholders about our sustainability strategy and our results.

- We participate in industry organizations, networks and collaboration projects that promote sustainable diamond industry.

Our follow -up

We have appointed a sustainability manager who has overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring and evaluating our sustainability policy. Our sustainability manager reports directly to our CEO and our board.

We review and update our sustainability policy annually or more often if needed. We publish a sustainability report every year that describes our activities, goals and results in sustainability.

We welcome feedback and suggestions from our stakeholders on how we can improve our sustainability policy and our operations.

This sustainability policy has been adopted by our Board of Directors on October 26, 2023 and applies until it is revised.
