Terms of purchase
Generally
Nuage Jewels does not stock jewelry, metals or gemstones. All jewelery is made to order after payment is received and all metals and gemstones are purchased specifically for your ordered piece of jewellery.
By making a purchase via the Nuage Jewels webshop (hereinafter referred to as the webshop), the following legally binding agreement applies between the customer (you), with a minimum age of 18, and the trader (Nuage Jewels). After the order has been placed, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to carefully check the order confirmation for any errors in the order.
Each piece of jewelry is made especially for you according to your order. Once the production of a piece of jewelry has begun, changes cannot be made.
Once your ordered piece of jewelry has been shipped to you, a delivery confirmation will be sent to the specified email address that was entered at the time of ordering.
Nuage Jewels owns all jewelry until full payment is received.
Incorrect pricing
Nuage Jewels reserves itself for unforeseeable events where the incorrect price of goods is presented. In a situation where an item has been incorrectly priced, the order will be canceled and money paid will be refunded. A confirmation that the order has been canceled is sent to the specified email address.
Payment terms
All sums on the webshop include VAT. Full payment must have reached us before the manufacture of jewelery begins.
In addition to the stated prices of the goods on the webshop, no fees are added. Engraving, VAT and shipping are included in all prices.
When buying jewelry in white gold, rhodium plating is included. Refurbishment of jewelery purchased from Nuage Jewels is free for life.
Nuage Jewels accepts the following payment methods: Klarna, Paypal, Google pay, Apple pay, Amex, Union pay, Shop pay, Visa
Delivery conditions
Different pieces of jewelery take a different amount of time to produce, for example we have diamond jewelery with hundreds of diamonds which take significantly longer to produce than a piece of jewelery without diamonds. Furthermore, we have jewelry with rare forms of diamonds, which are cut to order, which also means a longer production time. Because of this, Nuage Jewels makes no guarantees about how long a piece of jewelry will take to manufacture and deliver, but we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. A normal order takes around 20-25 working days to be delivered.
Mode of delivery
For deliveries within Sweden, we primarily use Postnord.
For international deliveries, we use FedEx International Priority.
For untriggered packages, we charge you 30 USD for incurred overheads.
We reserve the right for effects on production and transport that are beyond our control.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, the right of withdrawal is waived for all goods. All goods are manufactured specifically according to the customer's wishes regarding the size of the jewelry, the size and quality of precious stones, engraving or completely self-designed jewelry. In addition, we have jewelry with specially designed diamonds that are completely cut according to the customer's order.
By accepting this agreement, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of the jewelry you paid for us to manufacture specifically for you.
Complaint
Nuage Jewels provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
You have the right to advertise a product for three years. The error must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. Reporting defects in the goods within two (2) months is always considered within a reasonable time. The trader must prove in the event that the defect was not original for the first two (2) years, after that it is the consumer who must prove that the defect was there from the beginning or is due to a production defect. You must give notice that the goods are faulty and what is wrong or that there is a delay in an appropriate manner. We always have the right to prepare or deliver a new item without having to justify this to the customer.
In the event of a complaint, we would like clear photographs to be taken of what is considered to be broken so that we can quickly decide how to handle the complaint.
Before delivery to the customer, all jewelery undergoes a thorough quality control. Should we discover a fault with any product, we will notify the customer to the specified e-mail address and telephone number that the product is faulty and our action to remedy the fault.

Your complaint must include the order number and a description of the fault as well as a photograph of the fault. We review the complaint and respond to the complaint as soon as we can. We are responsible for all costs in the event of a confirmed fault with the product.
Jewelery is a fragile product, some jewelery more fragile than others. We do not accept a complaint that is due to careless use of a piece of jewelry, which is evident upon inspection of the piece of jewelry.
Taxes
Any import taxes in countries outside Sweden may occur and are paid by the buyer.
Gift cards
Nuage Jewels provides gift cards of any value. A gift card is valid for 2 years from the time it was purchased.
Service
We aim for all our communications with our customers to be answered within 24 hours.
Personal data
Nuage Jewels is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to us. Your personal data will be processed by Nuage Jewels to administer the customer relationship. Neither personal data nor e-mail address are disclosed to another party. Dispute
We always strive for situations that arise to be resolved in the best and smoothest way for all parties involved, but in the event of a dispute, these must be resolved by the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, as well as a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affects entered into agreements and commitments on the part of Nuage Jewels, which means that Nuage Jewels does not can keep said agreement/promise, shall form the basis for Nuage Jewels being released from its obligations to fulfill said agreement.
