Delivery Terms

Different jewelry takes different long time to manufacture, for example we have diamond jewelry with hundreds of diamonds that take considerably longer to make than a jewelry without diamonds. Furthermore, we have jewelry with rare forms of diamonds, which are sanded after ordering, which also results in a longer production time. Because of this leaves Nuage Jewels No guarantees on how long a piece of jewelry takes to manufacture and delivered, but we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. A normal order takes about 20-25 working days to get delivered.

 

Mode of delivery

For deliveries within Sweden, we use Postnord in the first place.

For international deliveries, we use FedEx or DHL.

For unpacked packages, we will charge you $ 100 for costs incurred.

We reserve the impact on production and transport that are beyond our control.

Gift certificates are delivered via e-mail immediately after payment is obtained.
